Niagara Regional Housing - Birchwood Apartments
Located at 235 Fitch Street, Welland. These apartment units are managaged by Niagara Regional Housing. Rent is calcuated at a reduced amount. Affordable housing is defined as costing no more than 30 per cent of a household's gross monthly income. Niagara Regional Housing (NRH) is dedicated to providing and advocating for quality affordable housing in Niagara through a combination of programs and services.
At the time of this project in 2014 it was the largest project we had completed. Many more large projects like this soon followed.
